Q: How will you get my products to me?
A: Simple. We use AustPost eParcel for all Australian delivery orders. You will be sent a tracking number when your product has been picked up. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How do i get free shipping?
A: We'll automatically deduct any shipping charges from your order when you check out if you qualify. To qualify, buy 3 deodorants (one for each season) in any single transaction.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Shipping in Australia can take up to 7 days dependent on where you are. Metro to Metro 1-3 days
Metro to Regional 3-5 days
Metro to Rural 5-7 days
We aim to despatch all items on the same business day for all orders received prior to 11am.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the retailer you purchased from - returns are to come to us at HK Headquarters. PO Box 3213 East Blaxland NSW 2774.
Refunds may only be issued for returned items only and at the purchase price. If an item was purchased on sale the refund issued will be the equivalent of the sale price.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using trackable postage when returning an item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a note on any approved or rejected refunds.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at email@example.com to enquire.
If the item being returned was purchased as a gift the gift recipient can choose to return the item for a credit on our store or contact the gift giver. We can only issue refund to the purchaser of the item.
